My name is Augusto Sellhorn, and I don’t like to talk about myself!

I was born in Panama and currently live in Florida with my wife and 3 beautiful girls. Since I was very little my two passions have always been drawing and computers. Currently I work for GE where I’m a software architect, and have been lucky to work on projects involving advanced user interfaces and computer graphics, which lets me combine my artistic and geeky sides.

Maybe you are wondering why the site is called “sellmic”. When I was a little kid, I used to draw comic books (most of which I would never finish) and came up with that name as a fictional company. Sellmic = Sellhorn Comics, but soon after I came up with the name I would use it for video and animation projects.

I’ll be posting about all kinds of topics, and I know some of my family and friends will be checking the blog once in a while. When you find weird posts about strange computer language discussions and minutia, welcome to my world. This is what I talk about most of the day at work

I hope to use the blog as an excuse to force me back into drawing more frequently, something I’ve kind of neglected for far too long.
